Executive Summary

A brief summary of the project including time stamps, company name and information and trend summary. The trend summary provides insight into where the website currently stands in regards to web visibility. What is this site doing well? What is this site doing not so well? The executive summary closes with a review of goals set for the current project.

Meeting Checklist & Agendas

The scheduling aspect of our strategic planning gives Anchor Wave and the client the ability to hold each other accountable. Here the responsibilities of both parties are listed and agreed upon. This section is most important because it keeps everyone in the loop, minimizing confusion and complication.

Key Performance Indicators – KPIs

A key performance indicator is how you rate your return on investment (ROI) for the services we provide. Internet marketing is an expensive service and results can be subtle and timely. Therefore we set KPIs from the beginning so that you know what to expect and when to expect it.

Competitive Analysis

Determining your top competitors is important in establishing what to do to reach a successful internet presence. We will work closely with you to establish these competitors, and then analyze what strategies they are exploring. We look at how many links they have, their level of technical optimization, quality of content and the keywords they are targeting. This provides the foundation for our strategies and sets a milestone for success.
