Anchor Wave Internet Solutions is a growing company that creates websites for Tucson businesses. We are searching for a motivated individual to act as a project manager for our company.

Above all, we are looking for a person with the right attitude: a strong sense of responsibility and passion for marketing and technology. Experience in web design, media and related technology is not necessary although it will be helpful. The right person will be able to learn what is necessary in order to properly communicate with clients.

This is a salaried position. The ideal candidate can expect to earn between $33,000 and $38,000 per year.
What will we expect from you?
Your responsibilities will include the following types of activities:
- Keeping a small team of designers, programmers, writers and photographers accountable for tasks that are scheduled and assigned by you.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with your team. Celebrate victories and analyze failures as a team.
- Act as the key point of contact on projects by meeting with clients to obtain feedback to be delivered to the project team for implementation.
- Guide projects through the entire production process.
- Provide quality control on all work produced under your supervision.
Skills / Requirements
- Experience in customer service, working with non tech-savvy clients with a deep desire to please all customers.
- Proficiency in HTML, PHP, MySQL, Fireworks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver will be helpful.
- Project management experience, and working in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational ability, strong time management stills, ability to work under pressure and keep calm under tight deadlines.
- You need to be a people person. In this position you'll be working with people from all different areas of life.
- Love technology and be passionate about its application in business and our lives
- Have a solid understanding of marketing and business fundamentals. We’re not selling technology – we’re selling a solution that aids businesses with lead generation, improvements in efficiency and makes bottom line results.
- Have the ability to learn and understand technological processes and how to translate them into meaningful ideas that clients can understand.
- Take a personal interest in others. You’ve got to love people; you’ve got to love to listen to others. You’ve got to be an expert at asking questions.
- Be responsible and accountable for all of your actions.
- You have to know where your comfort zone is and work outside of it every day.
- Be genuine, humble, honest and respectful of your self and co-workers.
Desired Education
3+ years of experience in web design, development, print, media and/or project management.
